The R&D team has launched140+ R&D projects.
Cooperate with a number of China research institutions, production facilities and universities to carry out R&D projects, and part of the intellectual property rights generated by the cooperation are owned by Migao Group.
Cooperate with tobacco company customers to develop a new compound fertilizer formula that meets their needs and is suitable for the growth of their region.
The Group has R&D personnel in Heilongjiang Province, Jilin Province, Sichuan Province, Guizhou Province and Guangdong Province, and the internal expert R&D team currently has 73 employees.
Mr. Sun Pingfu, R&D Director of the Group, has 30+ years' experience in technology development, production management and project management in the chemical industry, and was awarded as "the meritorious person of potash fertilizer industry in China" by China Inorganic Salt Industry Association in 2020.
Since the establishment of the Group, we have taken R&D as an important part of our strategy. Our R&D team has launched 140+ R&D projects, aiming at improving product quality and stability, reducing energy consumption and improving production efficiency, strengthening compliance with production environment standards, developing specific compound fertilizers and new fertilizers, improving production processes and promoting automated production processes.

We have R&D personnel in Heilongjiang Province, Jilin Province, Sichuan Province, Guizhou Province and Guangdong Province. At present, our internal expert R&D team has 73 . Our R&D director, Mr. Sun Pingfu, has 30+ years of experience in technology development, production management and project management in the chemical industry, and is one of the drafters of the national standard GB/T 20784-2018 for potassium nitrate. In 2020, Mr. Sun Pingfu was also named as "the meritorious person of potash fertilizer industry in China" by China Inorganic Salt Industry Association.

Migao Group cooperates with a number of research institutions, production facilities and universities in China to carry out R&D projects, some of which are led by our Group, and some intellectual property rights generated by these cooperation are owned by us, and our group is the sole owner of these intellectual property rights.We had 106 registered patents in China, including 19 invention patents and 87 utility model patents, and were in the process of applying for 13 invention patents.
Founded on April 30, 2004.Guangdong production facilities put into production in 2004, mainly producing potassium sulfate fertilizer products, with 16 potassium sulfate production lines.
Founded on December 5, 2006.put into production in 2008, mainly producing potassium sulfate products, with a potassium chloride granulation line and eight potassium sulfate production lines.
On January 4, 2018, Daxing Migao was renamed Zunyi Daxing Compound Fertilizer Co., Ltd. D.Daxing production facilities: put into production in 2016, mainly producing compound fertilizer products, with three compound fertilizer production lines.
Founded on June 19, 2018, the main business activities of which inlcude the production and sales of fertilizers. It became the subsidiary of Migao Group on 31 March 2022. Baoqing Production Facility consists of two phases. Phase I commenced operations in 2018 for manufacturing of SOP, which hosted four SOP production lines as at the Latest Practicable Date. We also commenced construction of phase II of our Baoqing Production Facility for four additional SOP production lines and obtained the approval for trial production in March 2022. We began trial production in April 2022 and received the construction completion approval from the relevant authorities in March 2023.
Founded on June 19, 2018, the main business activities of which inlcude the production and sales of fertilizers. It became the subsidiary of Migao Group on 31 March 2022. Anda Production Facility consists of two phases. Phase I commenced operations in 2021 and is for manufacturing of SOP and granulation of KCL, which hosted four SOP production lines and two KCL granulating lines. We have also commenced construction of phase II of our Anda Production Facility for four additional SOP production lines around June 2021. We began trial production in December 2022 and received the construction completion approval from the relevant authorities in December 2023.
Founded on June 6, 2003, and operated Chengdu Production Facility. Due to the change of governmental policies, we have decided to relocate Chengdu Production Facility. We are currently planning to build our New Sichuan Production Facility in Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, which is expected to replace the production lines of Chengdu Production Facility. We expect to commence the construction around the second half of 2024.
Founded on July 12, 2013, its original name was Yunnan Migao Fertiliser Co., Ltd., and was renamed to Yunan EuroChem Fertiliser Technology Co., Ltd on April 18, 2016. Is it our indirect joint venture. The main business activities of which inlcude the production and sales of fertilizers, abd the related chemical products, and operates Yunnan Production Facility.
